Sharon Fair, Lead Wedding Planner

Sharon is a warm and positive wedding planner. Her keen eye for detail and love for logistics has made her the talented and passionate planner that she is today. She strikes an even balance of being personable and detail-oriented, which allows her to create genuine & meaningful relationships with her clients and make them feel safe in her hands. Her calm demeanor and commitment to excellence allows clients to feel at ease throughout the planning process and truly enjoy their wedding experience from beginning to end.

She is a proud graduate from the University of California Los Angeles and worked for top leaders in the wedding, hospitality, catering, resort, and floral design industries prior to starting Sweetest Love Events. She served on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Chapter of WIPA - the Wedding International Professionals Association, where she dedicated her time to provide leading industry education, inspirational networking events, and elevate the wedding industry. Through her extensive 13 years of experience, Sharon has become highly connected & well-versed in the wedding industry and understands the intricacies of executing a successful event.

Alongside her endearment for planning, Sharon is passionate about living a life of love & purpose, growing in her faith, and giving back to the community. She loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and spend quality time with her beloved family and friends. The most treasured parts of her life are her husband, family, and two cute dogs Max & Marlee.
